This is a quick to make and delicious desert!
Cheesecake Brownies
Prep:10 min/ Total 40 min
1pkg 19.0oz. brownie mix
1/2 cup apple sauce
3 egg whites divided
1/4 cup water
1 pkg 8 oz Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream cheese, softened
1/2 sugar (I put less)
1/4 flour
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix brownie mix, applesauce, two of egg whites and water. Pour into 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix N. cheese, sugar, flour and remaining egg white until well blended. Spoon over brownie batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
Bake 28-30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudge crumbs attached. Cool in pan on wire rack.
