Grilled Lemon Chicken


 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 cup STAR Grapeseed Oil
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves
4 tsp Finely Chopped Onion

Mix all ingredients well. Marinate six 6oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves for 4 to 8 hours, periodically turning each piece to coat evenly. Prepare a medium-hot fire in a grill. Grill the chicken smooth-side down, until seared and golden underneath, 3-4 minutes. With tongs, turn each chicken breast over and continue grilling until seared and brown underneath, 3-4 minutes more. Continue grilling, turning occasionally, until the thickest part of the chicken is just firm, 3-5 minute more. Serves 6.
