To get a FREE Espresso Drink/Smoothie at Panera you need to sign up for the Panera card breads program. The FREE Drink will be loaded on your card. You get your free drink by presenting the card at your local Panera. You can check your “rewards” under ”view my rewards” on the registration confirmation screen. You will be able to print your card out right away. Also for your Birthday you will get a Free Pastry loaded to your card, which is valid for 3 months.
